From the moment we got to The Mercure we were blown away from the staff and how beautiful the hotel is. Our room was perfectly clean and tidy. We got breakfast included, and I would 1000% recommend. They had a great mix of hot and cold breakfasts. Only one regret was not staying an extra night. Will 100% be coming back.

We spent four nights from 9-14 March 2025 at the hotel. From arrival to departure, we had a great time. The service was excellent at every touch point. We dined in three of the four nights. The food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was fabulous too. The pool area and hot tubs were a hit, especially for our four year old grandaughter. Our room was well appointed with spectacular views. Congratulations to Marty and his staff. Special thanks to Mary, who served us in the Restaurant. She was fabulous with our grandaughter and remembered each night what she liked and preferred. We will most certainly be back and highly recommend this hotel

We booked two rooms and had one car with us during our stay. The parking fee was $15, which is reasonable, but it's worth noting that parking is limited and not guaranteed. Fortunately, we were able to secure a spot, but availability could be an issue during busier periods. The rooms themselves were pleasant, nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and a generally clean environment. However, the bathroom did not meet expectations. It felt somewhat outdated, with visible stains in the bathtub and noticeable hair and dust on the floor, indicating that it hadn’t been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. The selection was limited, and there weren’t many options to choose from. That said, we did enjoy the smoothies served in glass bottles,they were a nice touch. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. However, the housekeeping service left much to be desired. They didn’t fully clean the room during our stay, in particular, they did not dispose of the trash we had left behind and mainly just made the beds. Overall, the location is convenient, the staff is hospitable, and the beds are comfortable, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

Things to appreciate: Amazing views of lake from lake view rooms, restaurants and hotel lobby. Friendly and supportive staff. Things to improve: Buffet breakfast had very limited and repetitive options. Spa pools were not clean. Parking charges of $15/night are high.
