Used to stay here often as a family of 4. Used to have a great package in the superior room with 2 double beds including breakfast, parking and WiFi for roughly $240 through booking.com. Now that option is no longer available we now say somewhere nicer.

Old basically clean. Good bed. Housekeeping....poor..replaced towels empty bin made bed no surfaces wiped. No re stocking of tea coffee milk left dirty cups and saucers in room. No vacuuming. Not 2 housekeeping standard worse I've seen

Our experience was great!! The rooms are clean and tidy, comfy beds. Room service was punctual and food was nice, the buffet was great with multiple options, can be a little crowded during peek times which is to be expected. The only thing I have to fault is the pressure in our shower, we were only staying for 2 nights so didn't really bother bringing it up at the time as it wasn't a major issue.

Certainly not a bad hotel. The staff were very accommodating to let us check-in before 2pm and the rooftop heated pool was lovely. However there is black mould growing on the ceiling of the room and stained/damaged lamps that kept flickering.
