Recently stayed at the Mercure Gold Coast, Our room overlooked the Golf Course and Partial View of the Swimming Pool and Spa! Upon arrival our room was warm and inviting, Plenty of space for myself and my daughter. Thank you for the daily housekeeping! That was a personal touch to have fresh towels and a made bed upon arrival after a day exploring the Gold Coast. We were on the 2nd Floor in the 3rd Tower which meant lifting our luggage as there was no elevator access. The daily buffet breakfast was welcoming and provided a variety of options and the onsite undercover parking was very helpful! Thank you for the hospitality and smooth experience!

Really lovely stay, wasn't expecting a great deal but it was all excellent. The food at The Green was awesome, we ended up eating there both nights and had breakfast there as well. Rooms were older but have been well maintained and updated in places. The pool area was lovely with bean bags, loungers, chairs and tables. Staff were lovely. We were so impressed.

Stayed for 2 nights, spacious room for family of 3. The Bathroom looks a bit dated but was alright. The buffet has nice selections and tastes good, even have gluten free bread option for my son. The facilities and views are nice too. It's good stay if you have a car as its a bit of a drive to Surfers Paradise. Negative: Some of the power point in the room is not working and no lift for people with pram/disability if you got the top floor room. But, overall our stay were enjoyable and we will come back again for our next stay.

Place is looking "tired". No lifts so Jane to walk up stairs from carpark and then up to room. Place was clean. Convenient being able to get take away food from restaurant. However, you have to walk down the 2 flights of stairs and across to Bar at front of place to pick it up. Food was very good in taste and temperature (they did forget the sauce noted on the menu, on the first night - too far away to go and do something about it!) Don't think I'd stay there again. Whole place needs updating and a lift.
