Brilliant luxury hotel in gorgeous landscaped gardens. Dalat is a lovely Mountain town. A fantastic town Central market selling bountiful locally grown flowers & fruit & vegetables as well as dried produce, clothing & footwear. Turning into a wonderful vibrant night market around 6.30 pm. Lots of great food to eat too!

My family had a memorable stay at Mercure Dalat in June. We booked two rooms for six people. Our rooms were beautiful, and we loved the romantic atmosphere of the resort, with its French style and abundant flowers. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. The service was excellent and friendly, especially Mr. Vinh at the front desk, who took great care of us. My grandmother truly enjoyed this incredible experience. Thank you so much for taking care of our stay. We plan to return every year with my family.

The stay was nearly perfect. The location was beautiful and well kept. The pool was very nice as well. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to serve. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant was delicious and had a nice variety. The stay was well suited to care for my 9 month old son. The restaurant had high chairs for him. My only critic is the crib provided was a little small for a child his age. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

I complained about the noise, but the manager came and said it would be over in an hour, so I endured it. They said the only room option was a deluxe room, but since we had paid more for a higher-level room, there was no way we could downgrade. We stayed outside until evening to avoid the noise and returned to the hotel at 9 p.m. However, the karaoke noise persisted. I complained to the manager again, but her response was truly abysmal. She offered no apology and only asked for our patience. I am truly infuriated by their irresponsible response. It's a shame they didn't provide the service that is worthy of the Accor brand.
