Check-in was fast, no hassle. Room was clean, good room size, view was great. The building, lobby, lift, aisle, room and interiors looked shabby. There were cracks and chips everywhere from the lift button, doors surface, and bedside table. The large mirror in the room had some desilvering marks. Although the bed was quite comfy. They provide two kinds of pillow to use, hard and soft. Standard amenities were provided. I didn't use the pool but I saw it was clean and large I think it was decent enough to stay for this price range at Nusa Dua. I was a little bit shocked from the state of the facilities.

The room condition was not good. It needs a good renovation. The basin tap does not come with a mixer but the old left and right levers. Too cumbersome when you need a quick rinse. The bath towel is quite old. The gym is simply secluded, and you may not want to visit it at night. The pool does not have night lights or a lifeguard for a safe night swim.

The room was old, which is okay, but there were at least six mosquitoes in my room! And the bins—oh my! The bins were made like resembled artificial rattan or wicker! while they looked fine, not having bin liners made me feel sick. Just imagine being in Bali, where you shouldn’t flush toilet paper, and the bin provided doesn't have a liner. The presence of mosquitoes in the room was also concerning. Additionally, the breakfast was poor and felt very cheap. I understand that it's not an expensive hotel, but in terms of facility and cleanliness, I believe there is really bad management.
