7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

The Plantation Grill Dinner Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Set two-course menu for two people. Choose from either one starter and one main per person, or one main and one dessert per person.
• Please note The Plantation Grill is a restaurant off-site, a 10-minute drive away.
• Drinks are not included. Additional food and transport are not included.
• This offer is non-refundable. Guests may reschedule one time within one week from original booking date.
• Sittings are available every day from 6pm–8.15pm or 8.30pm–11pm (last order 10.30pm).
• Please note that advance reservation is required. Strictly no walk-ins. The reservations team will reach out to confirm the booking and organise the reservation date and time. The booking is NOT confirmed until this has been done.
• Tables will be held for 15 minutes, and the reservation will be released if no contact has been made. No refunds will be given for late arrivals and no-shows.
• Specific seating requests are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Children aged four and under are not recommended at The Plantation Grill. Young children might not be comfortable due to the style of the restaurant. However, please be aware that The Plantation Grill will do their best to take your booking - please advise of any children and their ages in advance when booking. Food for children and infants are not included.
• Menu is subject to change without notice. Please contact The Plantation Grill directly for any questions or further menu details.
• Smart-casual attire is advised.
