Getting to Bali is easy. Regular flights are available with Qantas, Thai Airways, Singapore Airlines, Virgin, departing most Australian capital cities with an approximate flight time of six hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 2.5 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 5 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 9 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 4 hours).

The resort is approximately 20 minutes’ drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

7-Day change of mind guarantee: Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of booking and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries…

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Junior Suite – Packages are valid for two people

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is four people. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: Up to two additional guests (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$99 per person, per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and full package inclusions. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of US48 per child, per night if using existing bedding OR for a surcharge of US$99 per child, per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and full package inclusions. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged under two) may stay free of charge and will not count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Garden Villa – Packages are valid for two people

Child Policy: Two children (aged 11 years and under) are included in the package, sharing existing bedding. A third child (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of US$48 per night, sharing existing bedding with accommodation and full package inclusions, or on a rollaway bed for a surcharge of US$99 per night, with accommodation and full package inclusions. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged under two) may stay free of charge and will not count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Please note, premium drinks and certain menu items (including live seafood, lobster, wagyu and duck liver) carry an additional surcharge.

Restaurants open until 11pm and food ordered must be consumed within restaurants. 24-hour food available via room service.
