Valid for travel from 15 September 2024 until 30 September 2025 (bookings must be made before 31 July 2025).

City Tax: Please note an AED20 city tax per room, per night applies, payable directly to the hotel.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

  • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
  • Daily breakfast is served at Central Cosmo Tapas & Bar between 7am and 10.30am, with both buffet and a la carte options available.
  • Nightly cocktails are served at Central Restaurant from 12:30pm to 10:30pm. Guests will receive a voucher from reception upon check-in.
  • There is no minimum spend for the 20% dining discount. Applies to the a la carte menu at Central Cosmo Tapas & Bar. Valid for one use only.
  • The 20% massage discount at Wellness by ME Spa is available from 12pm to 9pm. Valid for one use only. Advance booking is required.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

  • Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
  • You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to three days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
  • Rates are per car, one way.
  • A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
  • An infant seat can be booked at US5 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
  • The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

I stayed with my family for three nights at the ME Dubai hotel, 2 junior suites accomodation. All the staff were very kind and attentive. They did everything possible to make my stay as pleasant as it could be. The room features smart home technology, the breakfast is spectacular. Free valet parking. I will definitely come back on my next stay in Dubai.

We stayed at the ME Dubai in July 2025 and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good accommodation in business bay/downtown. Special thanks to the restaurant team who ensured we started our mornings well fed and with a smile. Jojo, Joan, Kevin, Anas and Henry deserve our heartfelt recognition for a top-notch hospitality experience. Congratulations for the quality of service from front desk to housekeeping, truly excellent.

From the moment we arrived at ME Dubai, we felt truly welcomed. The hotel is stunning, spotlessly clean, and the team made our stay incredibly special. A heartfelt thank you to Claudia from GEX, who warmly welcomed us and personally showed us to our room. She was always kind and attentive, making us feel truly cared for. At breakfast, we were greeted daily by the lovely Seill, Abdul, Kevin, and Joanne. Always smiling and helpful, they made each morning a pleasure. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. We also had the chance to meet Jose and Elsa, the hotel directors, who were approachable and genuinely kind. It’s clear that they lead with heart, and it shows in the whole team. At reception, Alexey, Ismail, Fatma, and Sofian were always professional and friendly. Every interaction was smooth and pleasant, which we really appreciated. The hotel was spotless throughout – from the rooms to the common areas, everything was pristine and well-kept. Thank you to the whole ME Dubai team for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

This is specifically for the spa. I booked a massage with my mother and sister for my birthday. From the start of the massage there was loud drilling going on in the building and it could clearly be heard from my massage room. It was impossible to relax. When I asked for the manager I was told he was on vacation. I asked for the person covering him but he was busy. I was told to go down to reception to complain instead of someone coming to me! I refused. Eventually guest relations came who was very polite. But the experience had been ruined at this point. Massage rooms should be sound proof. Otherwise during construction, massages should not be offered.
