7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. Please Note:
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Included spa treatment must be booked in advance, preferably upon check-in.
- Spa treatments must be booked between 9am and 11am or 5pm and 7pm. Cannot be booked for the day of arrival. Massage is a Balinese massage.
- Breakfast will be served between 7am and 11am at Mayasari.
- Daily sunset cocktail is served at Tree Bar until 10pm.
- Afternoon tea is served between 4pm and 5pm at Tree Bar. Afternoon tea includes Balinese sweets with coffee and tea.
- Lunch at Tree Bar is served at Tree Bar between 11pm and 3pm.
- Dinner at Tree Bar is served at Tree Bar between 6pm and 10pm.
- Lunch or dinner is from a set-menu.
- Inter-hotel transfer between Maya Ubud and Maya Sanur is only available for a combination stay with Maya Sanur. Transfers must be booked in advance.
- The Kids’ Club is available for children aged between four and 12 years. Maximum three hours per day.
- Shuttle to Ubud runs multiple times a day per schedule from 9am to 5pm.
- Should you require transportation outside the above schedule, it is available at a charge through the bell captain.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A one-way or return private airport transfer (depending on the Package purchased), basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person. A sedan can fit three adults or two adults and two children. A van can fit up to six people. A sedan is suitable for two adults and two small children. Families travelling with older children, or with additional luggage, should upgrade to a van.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.

- Rates are per car, one way.
- A sedan can fit three pieces of luggage. A van can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at IDR50,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
