I had a memorial to attend. All the staff were great, Ingrid in reception was particularly accommodating, kind and just nice, my room was lovely ( no black out curtains) but a beautiful view. It’s a great location and the room was clean, bed comfortable etc. I was very happy with my short stay here and I can’t rave enough about the staff.

Hotel is well located right very near the Esplanade in walking distance of everything .Rooms very clean, well maintained and the outdoor swimming pool well maintained and accessible. However it is the staff particularly at reception that made our family stay at the Mantra so exceptional. All staff were very professional friendly and committed to providing compassionate and efficient customer service. No matter how busy reception desk was and it was very busy at times reception staff always maintained individual customer support. We had an upgraded apartment to three bedroom penthouse, due to availability which was unexpected kind of the Hotel to do that and made our stay at he Manta Trilogy extraordinary. Definitely one of the best if not the best experience I have had staying in a Hotel and would definitely recommend this Hotel while staying in Cairns. Have stayed in different Mantra Hotels interstate and all the Hotel experiences have been positive i.e.. good locations, clean rooms ,secure WiFi.It is the quality customer service you receive from Mantra from the moment from you step into the Hotel Reception Management and ,to the hard working housekeeping staff, that sets this Hotel and the Mantra chain above the others.

Had a lovely and helpful welcome checking in and we’d booked an ocean front room. Looking at floor plans by the lift we scored a massive room like a one bedroom apartment. Loved the space and particularly the balcony with amazing views. It had all you need with a full kitchen and laundry. There is a dehumidifier that needs to be on 24/7 and we emptied it twice a day. The let down was the air conditioner. No matter how you changed it, it just blew average air. We could never get it to chill. As a result you needed the ceiling fans on at all times and trying to sleep with the fans rattling on high got annoying. Yes we could’ve called reception to address but we figured the room and view was worth it and sometimes better the devil you know. The location was the best part right on the Esplanade and moments from anything you could want.
