Great location everything at your doorstep, train, light rail right there, restaurants, shops, all you can ask for. Great place will stay again.

First time staying in Mantra Sydney Central. Great stay. Location is very nice, literally in front of the building is the light rail Chinatown station (tram). The room that I booked was the studio one, equipped with kitchenette which allows me to cook. Though we need to ask for pan either through call or getting it from the lobby, which I did the latter. The room is clean and the equipment all works fine for me. I had hoped the team would renovate the bathroom and change the shower set to have the hand shower as well (apart from the existing shower head above), that would be a nice touch. I didn't ask my room to be cleaned during my stay but we did ask for a box of tissue. Additionally, as a Gold Accor Plus member, they gave me an option for the welcome drink which I opt for still mineral water - yay for me! And the hotel was fully booked, but was able to secure the room through ALL app as a gold member. Thank you for the Mantra Sydney Central team, wishing all of you the best in your career and keep up the great work. Looking forward to visit Sydney in the future!

Great location, rooms were clean however the A/C in both the main room and bedroom both need a major service or replacement. Would not like to be in the room we had in hot weather. However, location is great and the provision of parking across the road - easy to access was great.

Central location, but that’s the only plus. Lobby reeks of steamboat smell from the steamboat restaurant on the ground floor next to Reception area. Rooms are old, bathroom floor is grimy. Toilet is absurdly cramped—only fits someone under 163cm. My taller family had to use public toilets. Completely unacceptable!
