Personally, not a big fan of the Parramatta area. The Westfield is a very good shopping centre though. Stayed here for the convenience of having to attend a nearby event. I cannot fault this place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was standard, comfortable enough for what was needed. I was surprised at the size of the bathroom. It was quite large - this was the superior spa suite or something along those lines. Comfy bed and I had a very good sleep, no concerns of outside noise or anything like that. I love a good buffet breakfast and this place delivered. For a Sunday morning, it was quiet, which made it very enjoyable. No line up for food. All the food was incredibly tasty. Great quality. Thanks Mantra, Parramatta. A very pleasant experience.

Large rooms. Still has bath to step into to have a shower. Bathroom ok. A fair amount of dust but I am guessing housekeepers don't get a long of time per room. Windows not double glazed so you can hear traffic.

I stayed for three nights great location close to westfield shopping, a little walk to church street where a lot of great restaurants are. the room was clean, the towels were thin and the hand towel had a big hole in it, the staff where excellent, they do not price match on site which is crazy. The bed was only just comfy not super comfy.

Stayed 2 nights in studio room. Easy check in. Welcome drinks a bit tricky as bar not open (not sure if this is just weekends). Restaurant also not open for dinner. Lots of parking. Good value. Stayed on level 6. Carpet pretty horrid and whole floor definitely needs makeover. Room very spacious. Small hotplate and microwave, but no saucepan etc for any form of cooking, so hotplate useless. Good sized bathroom but bath either needs grab rail or rubber mat to prevent slipping. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Value for money was great, but wouldn't be my first choice based on overall presentation
