From the very first call to check-out, the staff were helpful, polite, and above all, friendly. They did everything they could to be welcoming and accommodating. I was traveling with my grandson and needed a room with two single beds, the room was excellent, with very comfortable beds and everything we needed. The location is perfect for airport access, and getting into the city was a breeze with a short and easy train ride. The cost of the stay was reasonable and matched the quality and convenience offered. The only downside to the stay was the on-site restaurant, which I found to be significantly overpriced. That said, I would definitely stay here again, but next time, I’ll eat elsewhere.

Room was really good size, really comfy bed, nice bathroom! However, had problems with the toilet where it wouldn’t flush at all and was just making loud noises all night. The staff were really polite and lovely however, there wasn’t any clear information on breakfast/ how to use the shuttle service etc so i felt a bit lost as a 20 year old girl travelling alone :( I was not put down for the breakfast buffet even though i’d paid for it however it was easily sorted just a lack of communication

I couldn’t work out how to get shuttle from airport to hotel. After 3 phone calls I gave up and called a taxi. I did get the shuttle back to airport the next day, after talking to staff. Reception staff lovely, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my dinner in the dining room. I had a lovely fresh salad, a glass of wine and desert - all v nice. Service was quick but not rushed. Room small but adequate for one night. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and shower was great. Bathroom sink cracked- I told staff. Conveniently located close to airport. I’ve stayed here before and I’ll happily stay here again.

For the price I would say save the difference and stay next door at Ibis. We thought we would splurge for it last night of our holiday. The room was dated and small. The besides we're very cheap metal. They were so loud everytime you put something on the bedside. The bed was terrible. It had obviously seen better days. The bathroom was not well cleaned. Calcium build up was on the tiles. Additionally there was little torn bits of toilet paper on the floor. I imagine this is a problem as they are also using very poor quality single ply toilet paper. No hand towel is provided either. The carpet seemed worn as well. We did get great service from check in staff. The view of the airport was also brilliant. When I spend over $250 per night I would have expected more for the price difference of $100 from next door.
