Absolutely loved my stay there, staff were amazing and very friendly. The room was bery well presented and clean. Staff were happy to help with enquires we had throughout our booking. Would definitely recommend again.

It was a really wonderful stay. Huy and Ellie at the reception were very welcoming and attentive, and they made me feel so at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I was pleasantly surprised at the rooms at the Mantra. Spacious well appointed room, very clean. The bed was comfortable and bathrooms were old but well maintained. The place has a gym, lovely indoor pool and a sauna. Great spot if you like to visit China town. Food choices nearby were fantastic

good: location (for asians, chinatown is right outside. so is qv woolworths) comfort (restful sleep on king bed in studio apartment) pantry area with sink and microwave noise level acceptable (traffic, furniture dragging, housekeeping at the corridor) bad: no electrical socket for charging phones at the bedside, massive inconvenience. i searched hard but i couldnt find any. no dustbin in the room. only one behind toilet bowl and a recycling bin under pantry sink, massive inconvenience. i searched hard but i couldnt find any shower temperature control is a waste of time. its either liquid nitrogen or molten lava. im big on saving water. its not helping if i have to leave the water running an extra twenty minutes just to get the right temperature before i can actually shower. i really hate dual hot cold faucets. ffs upgrade damn toilets. im an airline crew who has stayed in many hotels. its my first time staying here as i wanted to try something different than my crew hotel at flinders street. the bad points ive listed should not even exist.
