On a last minute trip to Sydney I managed to get a booking here for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. We had a suite which was two rooms with an adjoining door. Getting there from the air port was super easy, jump on the train at the air port and off at the town hall stop and then about a minute walk. The hotel was a 2 minute walk from darling harbour, a 5 minute walk to shopping and train stop to get everywhere you would need to go as a tourist. Has a small convenience store near by for any forgotten things. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Room was adequately sized, fairly clean, but facilities were slightly dated. Breakfast food was good along with great service. The one lift that was operating was quite scary to go on, as it was also slightly old and rickety. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Great location. Room was good however all tables needed dusting - could write in it. The duvet cover only just went across the bed and the kitchen hot water never got hot enough to wash the dishes, we had to boil water

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. However, there was an unusual odor in both the room and the bathroom that made me feel slightly dizzy. I had to keep the back door open for ventilation. The front desk staff was lovely and welcoming, but there was only one person on duty. This meant that if multiple guests arrived at the same time, you might have to wait a while to check in. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.
