I came to Brisbane for an appointment so staff organised that I could park earlier in the day and check into my room later. The room was very clean and well-appointed and there was a gift of treats and water for me.

Great value for money. Located in prime area of Brisbane CBD. Everything is within few minutes walking distance including shops, restaurants, and public transport. Rooms were clean. The kitchen is available if you want to cook your own meal however there was insufficient kitchen utensils and other amenities. We were trying to save money by cooking our own meals. It would have been helpful to have fully equipped kitchen as an option. Overall, we were happy with our stay here.

Stayed 4 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. Very happy with the size, cleanliness and outlook. Disappointed there was no coffee machine in the room and the sofa only sits 2, so a problem if more than 2 guests. the sofa is also VERY low. Location is great in terms of shopping and proximity to the river. Reception team helpful and friendly.

Location is all that is on offer here. From arrival and first steps into the room, the filth was obvious from wheel/shoe marks left on tiles as we entered the dark dungeon like environment like had been closed for weeks, and the smell supported. Heating/AC did not seem reflective settings and was unpredictable. Hot water is hit and miss. Navigating around the bed in tiny bedrooms, impossible. Complaints were met with no help. Old and well past its years. So much better all those years ago. Nothing more than a 3 star.
