These facilities showcase outstanding hospitality and comfort from start to finish. The staff’s warm and reassuring communication about parking, despite conflicting information from the app, set a positive tone prior to my arrival. Arriving two hours early for check in I was able to wait comfortably in the air-conditioned reception with unlimited complimentary sparkling and still water while waiting for my room to be ready. The staff giving personalized help planning tours reflects exceptional guest care. The accommodation itself impressed with its cleanliness, modern and high-quality furnishings, and brand-new appliances. The comfort of the bed, enhanced by premium linens, stands out as a highlight, contributing to a restful stay. The presence of a new washer and dryer adds a practical, home-like convenience. A large front patio and BBQ are also part of your room! I didn’t think I’d like the outdoor shower but it is something you warm up to. Highly recommend staying here! This property illustrates a seamless blend of attentive service and excellent facilities, creating a welcoming and satisfying environment that truly feels like a “home away from home.”

Great place to stay, especially for apartment style accommodation in a relaxing style setting. The bed was comfortable, the outside shower was a treat with hot running water, beautiful pools, washing facilities with washing powder supplied and helpful and friendly staff. The only negative is that it is a bit dated but we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Also, the local bus stop is right at the front door which runs at Broome time.

Mantra Broome is a tired resort and needs a fairly urgent refurbishment to keep up with the energy and ongoing transformation of this beautiful location. The general gardens, pathways, resort entry and car park need a good clean and some effort applied to have tem looking as good as surrounding resorts - particularly The Pearle across the road, which is so freshly presented and welcoming. Both pools are simply just sad! They are both clean and swimable, however the whole surrounds are unkempt, dirty and absolutely not as the advertising suggests. The fountain is broken, the cabana roof is falling apart, the gardens are either dead or overgrown. The room was basic but reasonably presented, however we found half empty water bottles in our bedroom and the safe was broken - which meant we had to request a room change. The shower room outside is really lovely - a highlight. The front lounge courtyard needed a good wash and the bbq was dirty. Needless to say we didnt relax in this space nor did we use the bbq. The location was great - 10 minute walk to the beautiful Cable Beach. We are a well travelled couple and mostly love all our accommodation choices - but this Mantra was well below standard and not worth the room rate charged.
