We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the three bedroom apartment which had great views of the esplanade. The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The central location made it easy to explore the Esplanade, restaurants, and attractions such as boat tours to green island, without needing a car. The staff were friendly throughout our visit, making the experience relaxed and welcoming. A fantastic base for a family getaway in Cairns.

Staying here for a week, the apartment in spacious and pleasant. Furniture a bit old and past it, but functional.and comfortable. Bed very comfy and bathroom and laundry facilities great, lovely soap and bodywash. Room not serviced but not an issue. Location is perfect close to esplanade,. shops bars and restaurants. Hotel and room spotless. Read many mixed reviews but would highly recommend to anyone considering staying in cairns. Only have 4stars for service because rooms not made up on a daily basis unless you are prepared to pay an extra charge, which I find most unusual.

Booked two single bedroom apartments in July 25 for the family holiday as the two bedroom apartments were booked out. Apartment 312 had musty smell throughout our stay. We could not use the safe in the apartment as there was no key. Though the apartment configuration was good and the location was good, housekeeping was poor. The reward points were not added although the membership number was given to the reservation desk at the time of booking. Thanks to the efforts of Jennifer in the reservations department, reward points were added later.

We spent $7,500 for our family to stay on the top level 3 bedroom apartment. We were expecting a premium experience at $750 per night, but were left incredibly disappointed. The oven didn’t work at all during our stay, making it difficult to prepare meals for our family, including a diabetic/pregnant guest. The air conditioning was also broken, leaving the apartment uncomfortably hot. We were told to open balcony doors as a solution — not ideal or safe with a toddler on level 7. The apartment was not clean on arrival so our feet were black from walking around. The basic amenities were missing. Despite repeated requests, service and follow-up were minimal. We also experienced maintenance disruptions with no warning that water would be shut off, and poor communication from staff. For the high cost, the standard of cleanliness, comfort, and service was well below what you’d expect. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend this property to others. Location - excellent but so noisy at night so very hard to sleep.
