Mantra Club Croc Airlie Beach is ideally situated a five-minute drive from Airlie Beach, Queensland. Just a stone’s throw away from the vibrant Airlie Beach Lagoon and the stunning Whitsunday Islands, it’s your gateway to the Great Barrier Reef and beyond. The hotel is approximately a 30-minute drive from the Whitsunday Coast Airport (PPP). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

  • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
  • Dining Credit: The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Dining credit does not accumulate. No minimum spend is required per purchase, but a minimum of A$25 must be used each day. Credit is per package. Valid for in-room dining.
  • Breakfast is available at Club Croc Bistro from 6am to 10am.
  • Daily drink is a choice of house beer, wine, sparkling wine or soft drink. Available at any onsite dining venue within opening hours.

Whitsunday Catamaran Cruise Upgrade Inclusions & Fine Print

  • Includes: All National Park and Great Barrier Reef Marine Park entry fees, full-day thundercat catamaran cruise around the Whitsunday Islands, snorkel gear, buffet lunch, morning and afternoon tea, BYO drinks with esky and ice provided (must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption).
  • Valid for two adults (15+), four adults (15+) or two adults and two children (2–14) (see Packages)
  • Departs 9am returns 5pm (approximately).
  • Departure Point: Coral Sea Marina, North End, Meeting Point B – 1–3 Shingley Dr, Airlie Beach QLD. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time for check-in. Late arrivals and no shows voids offer.
  • Exclusions: Additional food and drinks are not included.
  • Weather policy and safety: Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Red Cat Adventures for passenger and crew safety. At certain times of the year dangerous jellyfish inhabit these waters. To minimise this risk, you will have a full-length protective snorkel suit to wear while swimming and snorkelling during the cruise. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk.
  • Pick-up is also available from Red Cat Adventures Shop (350 Shute Harbour Road, Airlie Beach) at 8.20am. To organise, please contact Red Cat Adventures’ reservations team on (07) 4946 4444 before 5pm the day before departure. Surcharges may apply.
  • Child policy: Child rates apply for ages 2–14. Children under two must be approved before departure and supply their own lifejacket. Any children under 18 must be accompanied by a supervising adult guardian or parent.
  • Dietary requirements: Red Cat Adventures does not cater to dietary requirements.
  • Pregnant passengers: A waiver must be signed before travel for all pregnant passengers. Anyone can travel who has been approved by a doctor to be fit and healthy in their second trimester. If you are in your first or third trimester, a doctor’s certificate is required before travelling. It is up to the skipper’s decision on the day if they are happy for you to travel, depending on the weather conditions.
  • Vessel may need to be substituted at any time without notice.

We ware traveling from New Zealand and had an amazing staycation at Matra Croc Club. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The spa pool was definitely one of the highlights of our trip – such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The food was also great, with plenty of delicious options. A special mention goes to Alex from the front office, who went above and beyond to fix a booking error. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. The location is convenient and perfect for exploring the area. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would happily return. Highly recommend!

Staff from check in were lovely. Breakfast crew are always excellent. I travel for work through out the year. Pool is good spa could be a bit warmer in winter ( my thoughts) . Rooms are comfortable. Better paying little extra to get what you want. Restaurant is okay but seriously better value in town. Would be great to have live music in house. Would serrously be good value rather than going to town for food and live entertainment. ( that is my thoughts only) over all great place to stay east commute to town $10 cab.

Relax and Enjoy. We again stayed at Mantra Club Croc Airlie Beach for the first week of July 2025. This is our go to hotel for Airlie given it’s value, location and staff friendliness. We enjoy being slightly out of downtown Airlie, without the hustle bustle of backpackers, whilst having the bus stop out the front, easy access to taxis and that beaut boardwalk into Airlie on our doorstep Upon check-in and as per usual, Reception staff were friendly, fast and efficient. With particular special mention to Imogen for her warmth, astute knowledge and tips for round the area, an absolute delight to begin our getaway on the right foot and an asset to the Mantra/Accor Group. The Hotel is what I typically imagine for a laid back and relaxed stay in the far North Queensland Tropics. Whilst the rooms are unserviced, it’s never a problem requesting any towels or any other top ups. The pool area, outdoor/indoor eatery and bar is practical, very user friendly with a chilled vibe. The rooms are comfortable and functional given the little time we spend there during our adventures. Looking forward to our next stay when we are back up that way and shout out to Jude who always looks after us so well during breakfast/lunch/dinner. PS… bonus as it’s also usually the first property drop off from Airport to Airlie on a bus shuttle. Winning!😎

The good and bad . Staff excellent . Location is pretty good, easy bus access for $1 to town. Pretty nice pool and gardens would be better if the pool was heated for winter months. Room has the basics , but the bed is a disaster, pillows the worst I have ever experienced in 40 years of travelling, and sadly when mentioned to staff and they are aware of the problem from others complaining suggesting the owner needs a wake up call this alone I would not recommend this place to stay. Then to make it worse plumbing next door creates high pitch sounds into our room, ( 309 ) . I get we are now water saving in this country but the shower pressure is right at the bottom. On a ten day stay again credit for caring about the environment, but it would be nice to get fresh towels every 3 days not having to ask for them on day 5 , heaps of potential but frankly the things that make a place a good stay are missing, least they have excellent staff though. Food is expensive but the area is also not cheap.
