Further to my great reservation experience. I would like to share my recent stay experience at mantra chatswood during 9-13/8 . As a loyal Accor member, I always enjoy their hotels and this one was no exception.The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped—with a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and access to a gym and pool. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.What truly made my visit memorable was the outstanding service. Every staff member was friendly, but I want to give a special thanks to Cendra at reception. She was cheerful, welcoming and incredibly helpful when I had trouble connecting my company laptop to the WiFi. Even though the issue was due to my internal firewall, she remained patient and did everything she could to assist. Her warm smile and positive attitude made a real difference.I’ll definitely be back—thank you to the team at Mantra Chatswood and to Accor for consistently high standards. I had a wonderful experience with Michelle during my reservation process. She was very understanding of my situation, knowing that I was overseas and needed to make an urgent reservation. To help speed up the process, she proactively called me, which I really appreciated. I also mentioned that I would be arriving in Sydney early in the morning, and she kindly offered to note an early check-in request for me, explaining that it was subject to availability but still made the effort to accommodate. Additionally, Michelle was attentive to my need for two separate beds and ensured my request was met. Her excellent service made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Everything went smoothly, the stay was pleasant, and the location was good for public transportation. I would only prefer to have a few more general supplies left in the room when staying longer than 7 days, so I wouldn't have to keep asking for them.

Everything was so bad: 1. On arrival kitchen cabinet was so dirty and reported to reception and it got cleared after 2 days of our stay. 2. Phone room was not working and when reported they sent technician who took and never returned back. 3. I paid full payment for car parking and every time I go to park in the spot advised I found it busy and I needed to call the receptionist every time I’m back to park to find me a different spot ( I have been there (5-10 July) and everyday same. 4. Asked for upgrade one of my rooms as I got two as Accor gold member and didn’t workout. 5. Asked for late checkout as gold member and instead of 10:00 am they got me tell 12:00 pm only and I asked for two hours more, they said I have to pay for that.

As a full-time guest here im in a position to know. Truly the worst experience one could ever have staying here. If your key stops working they charge $50 no matter what.Staff are seriously hopeless or just lazy, especially bloke with a beard, not interested in resolving issues and let me tell you there are plenty here,fellow temporary guests complain also,elevators get turned off with no warning to occupants, emergency phone in 1 elevator doesnt work,don't know about others as ive only been stuck in elevator once,reception doesn't give proper,instructions to visitors where to park staff who work night shift cannot act on their own behalf ,if your electronic key doesn't work good luck,they refuse to buzz you to your room even if you have spare key in your room. It's unbelievable, will be moving out asap.. I suggest you go elsewhere, Silkari suites on Archer St is a much better stay where staff are friendly. Pity i can't put zero stars here as thats their true rating.. Stay here at your own risk if you want an unpleasant experience....don't stay here.
