7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. • Dining Credit: The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit may be redeemed at La Mesa, for lunch and dinner only and is not valid at the pool bar.
• La Mesa restaurant, where all meals are served, is located offsite within the Peppers Beach Club & Spa at 123 Williams Esplanade.
• The spa credit is valid for A$25 per adult on treatments over 60 minutes in length at Paradise Day Spa (located at Peppers Beach Club & Spa). Credits cannot be combined with any other offers and are not redeemable for products or cash. Not applicable Sundays or public holidays. Only one credit may be used per person or appointment booked.
• Buffet breakfast is served between 7am and 10.30am.
• Wi-Fi can be used on multiple devices and accessed in all areas of the hotel. The daily limit is 1GB. Surcharges apply if guests exceed the daily limit.
• Two Bedroom Dual Key Apartments consist of an interconnecting Hotel Spa Room and a One Bedroom Apartment.
• This property is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges as there are no lifts on the premises.
• Rooms on the first and second floors must be accessed via stairs and ground-floor units cannot be guaranteed.
• Stays of less than eight nights do not include daily housekeeping.
• Extra guests in the One Bedroom Apartment will not have access to the Outer Great Barrier Reef and Fitzroy Island day tour or Green Island and Great Barrier Reef adventure cruise, regardless of package purchased.

Outer Barrier Reef & Fitzroy Island Day Tour Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Shared coach transfers from the Palm Cove pick-up point; stops at the Moore Reef pontoon (two hours) and Fitzroy Island (three hours, including lunch). Enjoy snorkelling equipment and lycra suit, semi-submersible and glass bottom boat tours, access to an underwater observatory, fish feeding presentations, a 30-metre spiral waterslide, a children’s enclosed ocean pool, a gourmet tropical-inspired lunch and complimentary Wi-Fi.
• Valid for two adults, or two adults and two children.

• Experience available on selected Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays only, dates subject to change.
• Pick-ups from Palm Cove Bus stop outside The Reef Retreat, 10/14 Harpa Street.
• Shared transfers depart at 6.30am, returning at 5.30pm (approximately), please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to departure.
• The bus will not wait for late arrivals.
• Please allow a full day for this experience. Departure and return times may vary according to tidal conditions.
• Food and drinks not mentioned are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s).
• Sea conditions vary every day. The pontoon and catamaran are very stable and safe. If a rare occasion occurs and it is deemed that it isn’t safe to operate due to sea conditions, passengers will be offered travel on an alternate day or will receive a refund.
• Tours may be cancelled occasionally due to poor weather. This decision is made after Sunlover Reef Cruises carefully assesses current and forecast conditions, with the comfort and safety of the guests being the number one priority.
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed.
• Refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements.

Green Island & Great Barrier Reef Cruise Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Return transfers from your accommodation. Enjoy approximately two hours of free time on Green Island for snorkelling, swimming or simply relaxing, followed by around three hours at the Outer Barrier Reef to snorkel, swim, relax or visit the underwater observatory. The experience also features a buffet lunch with hot and cold options, morning and afternoon tea, all snorkelling equipment (mask, snorkel and fins), lycra suits at the Outer Reef, coral and fish viewing via semi-submersible vessel or underwater observatory and a guided eco reef talk.
• Valid for two adults, or two adults and two children.
• To complete your booking, please email your booking ID, passenger details and contact details and your requested travel date to res@greatadventures.com.au.
• Please book a minimum of seven days before your check-in date.
• Departs from Cairns Marina, Marlin Parade with pick-ups and drop-offs available.
• The cruise departs at 8.30am and returns at 5.30pm.
• Morning tea and coffee are served until departure. Lunch (hot and cold buffet), afternoon tea and coffee are served at the Outer Barrier Reef platform.
• Cheese and biscuits will be served on the return journey. Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preferences.
• Please allow up to nine hours total for this experience, including on-water travel time (approximately 45 minutes for travel from Cairns to Green Island and two hours for travel from the Outer Barrier Reef platform back to Cairns). Additional time applies for hotel transfers, please plan accordingly.
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended.
• Snorkelling can be a strenuous activity. Please use caution and inform the Great Adventures crew of any medical conditions.
• All taxes and levies are included in the total price.
• A Government Environmental Management Charge (EMC) applies to all adults and children aged 4+ entering the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage area.
• With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to your ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Great Adventures.
• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or altered at the discretion of Great Adventures for passenger and crew safety.
• The vessel is subject to change depending on availability.
• Late check-ins and no-shows void the offer.
