The room was really clean & well maintained. Good view from the window. Staff were polite & friendly. Even though there was renovation going on, we had a very pleasant stay. The kids room on level 7 was a big hit (Xbox controllers do need charging). Gym was well equipped too. Hotel restaurant has good menu & efficient staff. Wish we had planned a longer stay. We stayed in a few Accor hotels, Mantra was the best out of them. Keep it up.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, the mattress was not too soft and the breakfast was really wonderful. Our only regret is that we were not feeling well due to the food we had the night before so we couldn’t eat much. They had full english breakfast and pancakes, fruits and pastries. I tried their pancake with some fruit and it was yummy.

Comfortable and pleasant stay, with a spacious, clean room and a beautiful view. There were extensive renovations taking place at the hotel, so we couldn’t use the rooftop lounge or other facilities, and I’m unable to review them.

It’s fine, but it’s a generic hotel just close enough to the centre of town to make it a viable option. Dont expect a great shower experience, nor body lotion in the pump pack ( I’ve asked three times since this morning and still no refill .. despite the room being made at least twice since it was clearly empty..) Also, expect to walk past room service plates on the corridor floor many times before they are cleared (it’s now 23.30, and it’s been there since 18.00).
