Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Planter’s Shed from 6.30am to 11am.
- Nightly buffet dinner is served at Planter’s Shed from 6pm to 9.30pm.
- Nightly cocktail is served at Planter’s Shed between 6pm and 9.30pm.
- The two-for-one massage discount applies to massages priced at SGD290 or higher.
- Singapore Zoo and Rainforest Wild Asia tickets can be redeemend at the Concierge Desk. Tickets should be redeemed at least one day prior to when guests plan ther visit to the attractions.
- Shuttle service to nearby wildlife parks runs every 10 minutes from 8am to 11pm daily, operating on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Ranger’s Club Kids’ Club is open from 8am to 6pm Sunday to Thursday, and from 8am to 7pm on Fridays, Saturdays and the eve of public holidays. Kids’ club access incurs a fee.
