7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.
Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries… If your booking is with a property located in Australia or New Zealand you can make unlimited changes to the date of your hotel booking, as long as it’s at least 21 days before your original check-in date. If the property is located in any other country you may make unlimited date changes up to 1 day before check-in. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to availability and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Please note unlimited changes are not applicable for flights.

This experience is subject to availability at Magill Estate Cellar Door. All guests attending this experience must be 18+.
- Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- A very limited number of twin bedroom suites and apartments are available. Strictly upon request and subject to availability.
L’italy Four-Course Banquet (Superior Upgrades only):
- The four-course banquet is valid for the Superior One-Bedroom Suite or Superior Two-Bedroom Suite only. Please refer to specific packages.
- Within two business days of purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Scoopon confirming your dining experience complete with your voucher code to be presented in the restaurant at the time of dining. Voucher codes can be presented on your mobile device or printed prior to vising the venue.
- Please do not present your Scoopon receipt or Scoopon itinerary as these are not valid vouchers. Only the emailed voucher for your restaurant experience will be accepted.
- Rates are per person.
- All guests must partake in the set menu.
- L’italy can cater for dietary requirements if needed. Please contact the restaurant directly to organise.
- Customers are strongly advised to make a reservation to avoid disappointment, please note that your voucher does not guarantee a table if the restaurant is full. - Subject to restaurant capacity customers may be obligated to provide a booking guarantee from a credit card to confirm a reservation. Please note that any preauthorization taken by the restaurant will be refunded in line with the restaurant’s cancellation policy.
