The hotel is a 1.5-hour drive from Manchester Airport (MAN) and a two-hour drive from the vibrant city of Liverpool. Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Valid for travel from 1 October 2024 until 31 August 2025 (bookings must be made before 31 May 2025).

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

  • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
  • Daily breakfast is served buffet style at The W restaurant between 7.30am and 10.30am. Last sitting for breakfast is 10.15am.
  • Artistan coffee or loose-leaf tea with a slice of cake on arrival is served at Norman’s from 12pm to 5pm.
  • The included resort credit can be redeemed on spa, dining or resort services.
  • The two-hour sunrise spa session at The Spa is available between 7.30am and 9.30am. Prior appointment is necessary.

Beautiful spa with a stunning view of the lake I Would like to say thank you to Jasmine who showed us around the facility’s giving an in depth explanation of each area of the spa! She was very smiley and extremely welcoming:) Was happy to see how many complementary products of ESPA there was to use from the reception, drinks area downstairs and the changing rooms. The only thing I will say is how warm the changing rooms are. Makes it a struggle to get changed/ feel clean after you have had a shower. Blue smoke- The food was amazing! With perfect portion sizes. I would definitely recommend the pork belly starter and burger! 10/10

Me and my family visited the spa last month and we paid for the use of the spa facilities for two hours and we loved it. We’ve been here twice and it’s always worth the money, the staff are very friendly help with any questions you have and helpful. The pools and hot tubs are great warm water not cold at all and a lady came round with a little drink and ice cream bite for everyone which was nice. There is also a room to relax in very quiet with brownies on the side to enjoy. Definitely recommend visiting.

5 stars, A Beautiful Stay with Exceptional Service We stayed at Low Wood Bay for just under a week to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had a lovely time. We booked a balcony room overlooking Lake Windermere, and the view alone made the stay unforgettable and I honestly didn’t want to leave. The room itself was spacious, clean, and came with a fridge, which was a nice touch for keeping drinks cold during the warm weather. I did try to email ahead to see if anything special could be arranged for my husband’s birthday, but unfortunately never received a reply. I’d recommend calling instead of emailing if you have a request, it wasn’t a huge issue for us as the room more than made up for it, but worth noting for anyone with a special occasion in mind. The spa was another highlight, especially the infinity pool with stunning lake views — well worth a visit. Just be aware, there were quite a few wasps around the outdoor area when we visited, which could be a concern if you have an allergy. The standout of our stay, however, was Daniil at the bar. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our trip extra special. He remembered our drinks, always greeted us with a warm smile, and provided some of the best service we’ve had in a long time. Staff like him are rare and really elevate the whole experience. All in all, a relaxing and memorable stay — we’d absolutely return!

This is a beautiful spa, only a couple of minor things to otherwise give a 5 star rating. Scenery is stunning. There are few things better than having a jacuzzi while looking at the lake and mountains. One of the staff went around offering refreshing drink, cool towels and ice cream. Service wasn’t consistent with all staff but she certainly went over and above with customer service to make up for it. It would have been great to have an option of a cool shower in the change rooms, but spectacular otherwise.
