Located a scenic 90-minute drive from Melbourne’s bustling city centre, Lon Retreat & Spa is nestled in the tranquil beauty of Point Lonsdale, Victoria on the Bellarine Peninsula which is bursting with natural delights. Stroll along pristine beaches – including exclusive guest access to a stretch of private beach – explore the rich history of Geelong and taste spectacular local food and wine, freshly produced by some of Australia’s most awarded makers and growers. Lon Retreat & Spa is approximately a 90-minute drive from Melbourne Airport (MEL) or a one-hour drive from Avalon Airport (AVV). Transfers are not included in your package. Please plan accordingly.

  • The farm-sourced breakfast tray is served in-suite, left in the suite fridge on arrival for guests to enjoy in their own time. The breakfast is seasonal and subject to change. Breakfast items may include Lon Adelia muesli, Schultz organic milk and yoghurt, Lon house-made farm compote, house-made crumpets, Lon farm honey, cultured butter, Lon farm berries, cherry tomatoes, figs, edible flowers, Ocean Grind Coffee and Love Teas. Dietary requirements must be advised on booking.
  • The bottle of premium sparkling wine is locally-sourced and served in-suite on arrival.
  • Access to Lon’s heated mineral pool is unlimited. The pool is open from 7am until 10pm daily.
  • The seasonal grazing platter is served in-suite and includes a seasonal bounty from the Lon farm: local cheese, dips, Bellarine Smokehouse pate, olives, artisan bread and crackers.
  • Spa Credit (select packages only): The included spa credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used by one or both guests to go towards any spa treatment on the Lon Spa menu. Please note that Lon Spa books out quickly, so any spa treatments must be booked well ahead of your stay. Please call Lon Spa directly on 0418 510 568 to make your spa booking. Lon Spa is open for treatments Monday to Saturday (closed on Sundays).
Cancellation policy

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
