Absolutely loved my stay at the Wave Hotel in Lake Nona! ⭐️ The staff was friendly, the room was spotless and high-tech, and the vibe was modern yet relaxing. Great food, beautiful pool, and perfect location. Can’t wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was as you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The reception was rather brusque by American standards. The tablet in the room only works halfway and isn't much of a help.

While the hotel itself is beautiful; if you are planning your wedding there, save your money and go elsewhere. The wedding/event coordinator is not genuine, she is a true business person; does not care about logistics or helping to create a special day. Actually created more anxiety than helped. Thankfully we had a good wedding planner. Prepare to pay a great deal of money for just the food and venue but be prepared to pay much more for flowers, cake, ceremony (even if it is outside). They will nickel and dime you for everything. And if you escalate the concerns be prepared for the corporate I’m so sorry this happened… but expect nothing else. For the price of a wedding there, you can definitely find better venues and quality of service.
