7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. • Daily a la carte breakfast is served in your villa between 7am and 9.30am.
• Prior reservations are essential for the included floating breakfast, which is available in-villa between 6.30am and 8.30am. Guests have the choice of a la carte breakfast dishes with options of traditional Balinese or international favourites.
• Included two-course a la carte lunch/dinners are served in the villa between 11.30am to 1pm (lunch) and 6.30pm to 8pm (dinner). Advanced reservations are essential and can be made at check-in.
• Daily bucket of beer includes four bottles of Bintang. Please arrange delivery time with front office staff when checking in.
• Advanced reservations are essential for the included 60-minute Balinese massage (7+ nights). Massages are held in your villa and bookings can be made at check-in.

Airport Transfer Fine Print:

• Your two-way airport transfer includes an English-speaking driver, all airport and toll fees and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within 1–2 days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravelapi.com.
• On your arrival, you will be welcomed by a representative holding a Luxury Escapes sign and taken to your hotel. On your departure, your driver will meet you at your hotel lobby before departing for the airport in style.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage. Infant seats can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way. Guests can bring their own. The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After this, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
