This hotel was a pleasant stay. The beautiful, clean rooms and huge terrace were a big plus. The decent breakfast was a nice touch, and the restaurant was very tasty. If you want to relax, the spa is quite good. The staff is very nice, and the cleaning crew is great at their job. If you’re looking for a great hotel to stay at, this is the one.

One of the most outstanding hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. I was warmly welcomed and even upgraded to a beautiful suite — a wonderful surprise that immediately set the tone for my stay. The entire team deserves the highest praise — from reception to concierge to housekeeping, everyone was exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. The reception staff in particular were extraordinary — always smiling, proactive, and making sure I had everything I could possibly need. The concierge service was world-class: helpful, fast, and always one step ahead. Traveling alone, I felt completely looked after and truly at home. Kozmo isn’t just a hotel — it’s a place where hospitality is lived with heart. If I return to Budapest, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. A sincere thank you to the whole team — you’ve set a new benchmark for service and warmth.

Our experience at the Kozmo was so nice that I wanted to share how much we appreciated it! The hotel is located just outside downtown in a less busy area that we really liked. It worked well for us because of Budapest’s great subway system and Ubers. The closest subway station is an easy 500 meter walk from the hotel, and it connects to pretty much anywhere you want to go, especially in downtown Pest. However, Uber was more convenient for most of our travels to downtown Pest or the Buda Hill. That was not a problem because the Uber trips were not expensive, and without exception, the drivers were warm and friendly, like most people we encountered in Budapest. Our arrival experience at the Kozmo was excellent. Christoff welcomed us with a smile and a glass of sparkling wine, got us registered, and explained all the features of the property. In addition, he and the rest of the front desk staff were very kind and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. Our room was also excellent and very special. It was spacious, clean, bright, and modern. It had a wonderful, multi-level, full marble bath and shower with a double vanity. It also had a fun sloped ceiling with a skylight over the bed. Like everything else in the hotel, breakfast was excellent, but evenings in the dining room were a highlight. I’m not sure of his official title, but Miklos was wonderful. He carefully oversaw every detail of our experience, from helping get us seated, choosing beverages, and making good dinner choices. He wanted everything to be perfect, and he even gave us a little Hungarian history and culture lesson in the process. This is a very special property, and we had an excellent experience. Thanks so much to the entire Kozmo staff!

I stayed here for four nights during our honeymoon, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel’s main entrance was stunning—it left me in awe every time we walked through it. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Their professionalism and warmth were unmatched. Everyone was genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Breakfast was a highlight, especially the omelette, which was delicious. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and were blown away—the Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever had, and the other dishes were equally fantastic. If you're lucky, you might catch a breathtaking night view of the Danube River and Buda Castle from your room. The nearest bus stop and subway station is about a 5–10 minute walk, but the hotel area is very quiet, so we enjoyed peaceful nights throughout our stay. Lastly, the hotel manager was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was clear.
