The resort is framed by a sparkling lagoon and enjoys easy access to incredible dive spots and stunning coral reefs. To venture further afield, explore Savusavu Bay, home to Fiji’s most prestigious pearl farm. The resort is located approximately a 15-minute drive from Savusavu Airport (SVU) or a 90-minute drive from Labasa Airport (LBS).   • Dining and Spa Credit: The included dining and spa credits must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • Breakfast at Palm Grove Restaurant is available from 7am to 10am. Breakfast includes continental options as well as one hot item from the menu and a coffee or smoothie.
  • Lunch (select packages only) is available from 12pm to 2pm at Palm Grove Restaurant or Sand Bar & Grill. Lunch includes one course from the set menu.
  • Dinner is available from 7pm to 9pm. Dinner is either a three-course meal or themed buffet (when available) at the Palm Grove Restaurant or Sand Bar & Grill. Alternatively, guests may opt for FJ$65 dining credit when dining at Latitude 17 Seafood Restaurant; any additional spend is at own cost.
  • Welcome foot massage must be enjoyed within 48 hours of arrival.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in common areas only. There is no Wi-Fi, phones or TV in the bures.
  • Complimentary resort activities include pickleball, disc golf (frisbee golf), kayaking, snorkelling, stand-up paddle boarding, tennis, volleyball, cultural demonstrations, hand-line fishing, guided rainforest trekking, lawn games, herbal walk, church service, Meke cultural dance, pearl presentation, floral arranging, and barefoot golf on a nine-hole golf course.
  • Spa treatments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance at the Rainforest Spa.
  • Please inform the resort of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance and as soon as possible.
  • Airport transfers are provided to and from Savusavu Airport (SVU) or Labasa Airport (LBS). Contact the resort to organise in advance.
  • Jungle Kids Club is available for children aged 4 to 12 years and offers supervised activities from 8am to 4pm daily.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
