Convenient return airport transfers will take you to your upgraded bure, a Fijian cottage that will be your secluded hideaway for your escape. On arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed with a chilled coconut drink and a scented coconut-oil foot massage, the perfect way to begin your tropical retreat.
With daily breakfast and dinner, all you’ll need to worry about is what to order – start with a delicious breakfast at Palm Grove brimming with tropical delights or indulge in fresh meals featuring all-time favourites. Once the sun sets on the lagoon, a scrumptious three-course dinner awaits you at Palm Grove. Your daily dinner also comes with one drink choice from a select menu – local beer and spirits, glass of house wine or soft drink per adult. If you choose to dine at Latitude 17 instead, a FJ$65 food credit will be discounted from your bill at the time of dining. Any expense outside of this amount is at cost.

Child Policy: Children under 16 years are not permitted in the Edgewater Bure and Edgewater Floating Bure rooms and cannot be accommodated.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Dining and Spa Credit: The included dining and spa credits must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Breakfast at Palm Grove Restaurant is available from 7am to 10am. Breakfast includes continental options as well as one hot item from the menu and a coffee or smoothie.
- Lunch (select packages only) is available from 12pm to 2pm at Palm Grove Restaurant or Sand Bar & Grill. Lunch includes one course from the set menu.
- Dinner is available from 7pm to 9pm. Dinner is either a three-course meal or themed buffet (when available) at the Palm Grove Restaurant or Sand Bar & Grill. Alternatively, guests may opt for FJ$65 dining credit when dining at Latitude 17 Seafood Restaurant; any additional spend is at own cost.
- Welcome foot massage must be enjoyed within 48 hours of arrival.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in common areas only. There is no Wi-Fi, phones or TV in the bures.
- Complimentary resort activities include pickleball, disc golf (frisbee golf), kayaking, snorkelling, stand-up paddle boarding, tennis, volleyball, cultural demonstrations, hand-line fishing, guided rainforest trekking, lawn games, herbal walk, church service, Meke cultural dance, pearl presentation, floral arranging, and barefoot golf on a nine-hole golf course.
- Spa treatments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance at the Rainforest Spa.
- Please inform the resort of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance and as soon as possible.
- Airport transfers are provided to and from Savusavu Airport (SVU) or Labasa Airport (LBS). Contact the resort to organise in advance.
- Jungle Kids Club is available for children aged 4 to 12 years and offers supervised activities from 8am to 4pm daily.
