A really beautiful and elegant hotel. The rooms are very spacious. Even there is no coffee maker in the room, there is fresh coffee in the lobby every morning instead. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

Amazing hotel, so beautiful. We stayed a lot of Hilton and they never upgrade us Even though we’re diamond members, and they upgraded us right away to the top floor without asking and gave us late checkout, which Hilton will never do. You don’t have to pay a pet fee, which is absolutely amazing. The furniture is so beautiful and put together and the whole entire building is just amazing every time I come to Baltimore I’m going to stay here.

I really like this hotel. Staff was awesome.! Valet was so high! The valet guys was still great n helpful. Room was nice in big. Bathroom very nice! Just was mad that our ice machine didn’t work on our floor and we had to go 3 floors down for ice.

This place was a nightmare. The bed was like a concrete slab, the pillows were basically filled with air. The sheets had faint blood stains on them. There was no trash bag in the bathroom garbage. No handsoap in the bathroom at all. No microwave. No coffeemaker. Not even water in the mini fridge. Absolutely none of the amenities you’d expect at this price point. It was also extremely hot and humid in the room and the thermostat was of course locked. For a one bedroom suite with a king bed and pullout couch that’s supposed to sleep four people it was an absolutely tiny space. The only redeeming quality was the nice staff. This place was so uncomfortable we left at 6am even though we had two more days left in our stay. I would like to follow up this review by adding that after we explained this to the GM we did receive a percentage off of the bill and they did not charge us for the other night we had booked. All of the staff were wonderful, I just wish the hotel were as wonderful.
