I stayed at this hotel two weeks ago for a business trip, and it was truly a delightful experience. The property is immaculate, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. One of my favorite touches was the complimentary happy hour in the lobby sipping wine in such a cozy setting was the perfect way to unwind after meetings. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its integrity and service. Two weeks after my stay, I realized I had left behind a very expensive handbag. I called, fully expecting it to be gone—but to my amazement, the staff had safely stored it and are now shipping it back to me in San Diego. I was floored. In a world where that kind of honesty is rare, this hotel proved that genuine care and doing the right thing still exist. This experience deserves more than five stars. I’m beyond grateful and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone who values exceptional service and peace of mind.

We stayed there last week from Aug 12-16, it was a fantastic stay! The hotel was located in a quiet area but very accessible to all resources and tourist spots esp. Walk of Fame. I didn’t expect the hotel to be so nice and beautiful, very classy and modern, has this vibe that you can really relax after a long day. The Lobby and bar area was exceptionally beautiful, more of a luxurious modern style. The staffs were also very helpful and friendly, we arrived late because of our flight delay but they were still very accommodating despite of your arrival time, we were really taken care of til we check out. As per our room, it was facing the city side and the pool which was also a nice view for us, the rooms were very clean each time we walk into the room, it is always pleasing. The hotel itself was a tourist spot for us. We had a great stay and would love to stay here again!

I stayed at the Kimpton for 4 days, and it was great. Location is convenient to both the highway for driving and walkable to transit or a number of local businesses and the Walk Of Fame, but not so close as to be jammed with tourists. Service was excellent, everybody was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet, with a great view of the Hollywood sign. The other side has a nice view of LA and the pool. I didn't spend much time by the pool, but it seemed nice and quiet at the time. The bar and restaurant are good too, good selection of food and beer, wine, and cocktails, and decent place to work in a more open area during the daytime. The Jane Q downstairs has good breakfast and brunch too. Parking is valet-only - they're good and fast, not the cheapest, but fair for the area.

Stayed one night at Kimpton Everly Hotel in early September. Their Instagram marketing is impressive, so I was excited to enjoy the hotel amenities, but was disappointed. The pool was fully reserved for private events, the first-floor bar was closed for a private function. It felt like the hotel prioritized extra revenue over guest experience. I even spent $35 on amenities, and while the stay was redeemed with a free night, guests still deserve better treatment. I contacted the Front Office Supervisor, who said it would be handled, but there’s been no follow-up. Definitely confirm with the front desk about private events before booking.
