Update 19 September 2024, 10am AEDT: As part of thehotel’s continued commitment to elevate their guest experiences, they are currently in the process of upgrading the Club Lounge. The enhancement activities will take place periodically between 10am and 6pm. Please be advised that there may be moderate noise disruption during this period. During the renovation, the Club Lounge will temporarily be relocated to the Lobby on Level 1. Breakfast will be served at Big Bay Café on Level 3. Afternoon tea, evening cocktails and canapés will be served in our Lobby Lounge on Level 1.
Update 28 August 2024, 9.30am AEST: As part of the hotel’s continued commitment to elevate their guest experiences, we are currently in the process of upgrading the Club Lounge. The enhancement activities will take place periodically from Mondays to Fridays, between 11am and 5pm. Please be advised that there may be moderate noise disruption during this period. During the enhancement, the Club afternoon tea will be served at the Lobby Lounge on Level 1. All other services at the Club Lounge will remain fully operational.
Update 29 October 2024, 8.00 am AEST: Kerry Hotel Swimming Pool will be temporarily closed for annual maintenance from January 6 to 16, 2025.

- There will be brief adjustments on the service hour of outdoor pool: the service hours on July 28, 2025 are 07:00–18:15 and 19:45–21:30, and on July 29 and August 1, 2025 are 07:00–08:00 and 09:30–21:30.
