This hotel is elegant and absolutely beautiful. The room was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious. The service was excellent, the staff are truly professional, attentive, and made me feel well taken care of. Breakfast was amazing. While there aren’t too many options, the quality is excellent fresh, flavourful, and very delicious. I highly recommend trying it. Their fine dining restaurant is also a must. The food is fantastic, and the setting is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. Just note that there is a dress code, so bring more than sandals and shorts. The only downside for me was the pool. During the hot season, it gets uncomfortably warm since it’s fully exposed to the sun, making it difficult to enjoy a refreshing swim. Another thing to be aware of (and this applies to all the Cancun hotels, not just this one) is the high resort fees, city tax, and other charges added upon arrival—even if your room is fully prepaid. These fees can add up to nearly the cost of the room itself, which feels unreasonable, but unfortunately, it’s standard practice in Cancun. Overall, despite those drawbacks, this hotel is stunning and offers a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend it, especially for the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and outstanding dining.

Horrible, we stayed there with my wife last September this hotel is all about money very comercial nothing compared to other kempinski hotels I have been to around the world. Everything is about tipping, we want to lay in one of the cabanas the hotel was empty not many guests they ask for 250 dollars minimum charge of drinking to stay on it otherwise you have to stay in a sundeck without even a mattress on top I asked to talk to the manager I got ignored the whole stay he didn’t show up. I ordered room service they separate the orders and charge you extra room service fee and on top you have to tip so what is the service fee for ? Everytime we also came to the lobby with our car the staff at the entrance which normally park the car ask for extra tips but after giving them once we said we are not going to give everyday later the vallet didn’t want to park our car and was giving silly reason like I am allergic to smoke I think you smoke in the car and other valley started acting the same. And for smoker you can’t even smoke in your balcony room you get 100 dollars fine which in other hotel where we stayed they had no problem int his hotel you have to go down the room walk all the way to the lobby cross to the parking area to be able to smoke even though I am not a smoke but my partner is I find it too extra. Overall there’s way better hotels in the area if you can skip this hotel !!!
