Our stay at Keemala was exceptional and made our honeymoon truly unforgettable. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive throughout our stay. This resort hotel is exceptional: all staff are attentive, kind and highly competent, from the front gate security to housekeeping to restaurant staff and of course the hosts, with a special kudos to Apple, my villa host, who is extraordinary. The property is very special: every detail attended to and extremely well maintained. The main pool is that of a fairytale, and the villas are opulent but comfortable. Its design and layout is creative and the rooms cater to everything: comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms including the indoor and outdoor showers with amazing water pressure. The private and resort pools are sparkling clean all the time, and the quality and diversity of the food and beverage service is second to none. This is a dream property.

I had an exceptional experience during my one-night stay. The architectural design seamlessly integrates the resort with the surrounding nature, creating a stunning atmosphere. Additionally, the friendly and professional staff went above and beyond to exceed expectations in every detail. Special thanks to Mr. May and his colleague for ensuring a memorable experience, along with the rest of the team. I recommend staying for at least two days to fully enjoy the experience. I will definitely visit again!

Keemala is an absolutely stunning property and one of the most unique resorts we’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. The tree house villas are truly one-of-a-kind—elevated among the forest canopy, they feel completely immersed in nature while still offering every modern comfort. The setting is wonderfully secluded, nestled in the lush hills and surrounded by majestic trees that make the entire stay feel private and peaceful. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. As Hilton Diamond members, we appreciated the generous upgrade, the villa featured a large bedroom, comfortable sitting area, and a beautiful open-air bathroom that connected seamlessly with the surrounding nature. Breakfast at Mala was excellent, with thoughtful options and a serene view to start the day. There’s only one restaurant on site, but the food quality and setting more than make up for that. The poolside bar and evening happy hours were also highlights—perfect spots to unwind and take in the tranquility of the resort. Our only small critique is that, despite the villa’s spacious layout, there wasn’t much room to unpack or store clothes, which made longer stays a bit tricky. Otherwise, everything was exceptional. A fantastic and restorative experience overall, highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful escape surrounded by nature’s beauty.
