Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR2,250,000 per adult (13+) and IDR1,125,000 per child (2–12) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Infants dine for free. Payable directly to the resort. Please note that checkout is not available on 31 December 2024.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • The signature welcome drink is a Butterfly Pea Flower tea or Rosella tea.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Kepuh restaurant from 7am until 11am.
• Daily lunch is served at Kelapa, Bale Gourmet lounge or by the pool between 12pm and 4pm.
• Dinner is served at Kokokan restaurant from 6pm until 9.30pm.
• Daily free-flow cocktail hour is served at Lianas, Bale Gourmet, Kokokan or by the pool from a selected menu of cocktails and non-alcoholic options.
• Free-flow is available anytime from 11am until 10pm.
• Included spa treatments are a Balinese massage at Om Tara Spa by Clarins and must be booked in advance.
• Complimentary yoga classes run on a weekly schedule. The yoga class is held at the Yoga Shala and must be booked in advance.

• Pre-booking of the resort shuttle service is advised. The shuttle operates as per the resort schedule.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• One infant seat can be pre-booked for a charge of IDR50,000 per seat required, or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
