Update 18 May 2026 1.30pm AEST: The Beachfront Arabian Houses will undergo a comprehensive renovation of the majlis, internal courtyards and guest rooms. The main swimming pool, beachfront dining areas of French Riviera Beach and La Promenade will also be refurbished. During the refurbishment, the Wild Wadi Waterpark will be closed and the Abra boat services will be suspended. The works are due for completion in mid October 2026.

The hotel will undergo a partial refurbishment of the rooms and suites in one wing of the hotel. There will be no visible disruption or guest disturbance in other areas of the resort. During the refurbishment, the Wild Wadi Waterpark will be closed and the Abra boat services will be suspended. During the refurbishment, every effort will be made to minimise any impact on the guest experience and guests will be accommodated at another Jumeirah property if the need arises. The works are set to be complete by the fourth quarter of 2026.
