Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - One-way airport transfer can be either arrival or departure. If requested for arrival, guests are required to supply their flight details upon booking.

- Daily breakfast is buffet served at The Clubhouse from 6.30am to 10am.
- Lunch and dinner are served at Frestro between 11am and 11pm.
- Balinese massages can be redeemed at Melah Spa between 9am and 8pm.
