Great stay at Hong Kong Island ShangriLa, our experience from the moment we arrived to or departure was absolutely fantastic. The staff are top notch and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities are also fantastic. We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary and the staff made our stay a celebration we will always remember.

I stayed at the renovated peak view. I seriously love the view from our room. We could see all the sky scrappers and the green area which makes it so amazing. Service was fantastic, house keeping brought stuffs to our room so quickly that me and my husband were like WHOA. Location wise, right above the mall, there is a great passage that you do not need to go out in the sun at all. It is also well connected to lots of MTR lines. It was perfect for us.

Thanks to Nicole and Kaysie, my wife and I had the best check in experience in our lives. They really went above and beyond. The hospitality here is truly extraordinary. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location and the view is breath taking. We can't wait to explore all the good food and cool things to do in Hong Kong from this truly 5 star hotel.

An unbelievable stay from the moment we stepped into the hotel. The staff were excellent, across the board. The service was impeccable. We had two rooms that they connected on one of the Horizon floors. These were two of the nicest non suite rooms that we have ever stayed in. The fixtures and attention to detail in the rooms, from the mouldings, to the painted scenes behind the beds to the high end bedding and toiletries. There wasn't anything out of place. Our room came with access to the Horizon Lounge which essentially serves food and drink from 6am to 11pm and we also had access to breakfast at either the 7th floor cafe or the 56th floor Restaurant Petrus. Petrus is a 1 Michelin star restaurant and all of the food was top notch. The Japanese, Chinese or English breakfast was amazing as were the homemade pastries and fruit selection. The pool area is great, excellent view and large enough for laps or kids to have a good time. The Island Shang does an amazing job and we look forward to returning.
