- Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of A$199 per adult (13+) and A$99 per child (3–12) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Infants attend free of charge. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.

- Iririki Island ferry transfers are complimentary to all guests of the resort operating 24 hours, every day. The transfer is a short four-minute trip (one way) to the wharf in downtown Port Vila.
- Upon arrival at Iririki Island Resort & Spa, all guests receive a non-alcoholic welcome drink.
- Daily drink inclusion is a drink voucher per person, valid for selected cocktails, beer, wine or soft drink.
