We recently had a short but very enjoyable stay at InterContinental Singapore. Although brief, the experience was memorable, largely due to the exceptional service provided by the Club InterContinental team especially the Club Manager, Anna Lau. A special mention goes to Anna for her impeccable hospitality and attentiveness and to Harry for his outstanding service and excellent cocktails. Their professionalism and warmth truly enhanced our stay. We spent most of our time at the Club Lounge, which was both beautifully designed and relaxing. The atmosphere, combined with the high level of service from ALL of the staff, made our visit especially pleasant. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we are grateful to Anna, Harry and the entire Club InterContinental team for their dedication and care. We look forward to returning in the near future.

We had a fantastic time as a family at the InterContinental Singapore. The hotel is kid-friendly and all the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to J/A Long, who took excellent care of our room – it was always beautifully maintained. We also want to thank guest services, always helpful, and the team at the entrance for their consistently cheerful greetings. We are looking forward to our next visit!

I had an incredible experience at the hotel thanks to Interpulse Fitness. I tried their EMS workout for the first time and was amazed by how effective it was. Jess, the instructor, guided me through the suit setup and led a workout that made me feel like I had trained for hours in just minutes. The ice bath and sauna afterwards were the perfect way to recover. The hotel itself made the whole experience even better. The pool was stunning and so relaxing, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with an incredible variety of options. Between the workout, the wellness amenities, and the hospitality, I left feeling recharged and impressed. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

We had an amazing 4-night stay at the InterContinental Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and seamless. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable — a true home away from home. A special mention goes to Alice, the breakfast service staff, who went above and beyond to make our mornings exceptional. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine warmth stood out every single day. Whether it was anticipating our needs or offering thoughtful recommendations, Alice made us feel truly valued as guests. The only issue was the lack of dedicated parking for hotel guests, which would have been a great convenience. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience — we left with great memories and can’t wait to return.
