I stayed here for a work conference and had a wonderful experience. The location is great, rooms are clean, and every staff member I interacted with was kind and professional. From baggage check and the front door team, to lobby and guest service attendants (special thanks to Betty!), bar staff, and room service. I especially want to highlight Randall and the Engineering team. On my last day I accidentally locked myself out of my suitcase. Betty was so patient and thoughtful when I called, and she quickly arranged for the Engineering team to help. A kind staff member tried first, then brought Randall, who was amazing! So patient, friendly, and determined to solve the problem. Not only did he get the suitcase open, but he came back to make sure it was fully working before I left. That level of care and service was above and beyond. I was blown away and am so grateful. Highly recommend this hotel for both a comfortable stay and nice service!

Excellent service and convenient location for the hotel for San Francisco. I planned an out of town trip for my wife’s birthday, and the hotel really took care of us from everything. Ms. May at the front desk gave me free two $20 drink vouchers so we can order sodas and drinks. They even offered my wife a complimentary birthday dessert, which we really enjoyed so much along with complimentary bottled water. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, from the rooms to the accessibility of the hotel to the professionalism of the staff, everything over here was great. The staff was very professional, but I would like to say that Ms. May took good care of us and we will definitely be returning back to this hotel, whenever we are back in San Francisco. Highly recommend this hotel, because the hotel is in close proximity to most attractions around the city. Our first time, and we will be back at this IHG hotel! Thank you.
