⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our recent work trip brought a group of over 500 people to this hotel, and the staff handled it flawlessly. From the front desk to the housekeepers and servers, every team member demonstrated outstanding hospitality and professionalism. A special thank you to Dorian at the front door—his kindness, knowledge, and warm welcome set the tone for the entire stay. Despite the large size of our group, the staff’s organization and attentiveness made it feel seamless and personal. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays!

I stayed here for a work conference and had a wonderful experience. The location is great, rooms are clean, and every staff member I interacted with was kind and professional. From baggage check and the front door team, to lobby and guest service attendants (special thanks to Betty!), bar staff, and room service. I especially want to highlight Randall and the Engineering team. On my last day I accidentally locked myself out of my suitcase. Betty was so patient and thoughtful when I called, and she quickly arranged for the Engineering team to help. A kind staff member tried first, then brought Randall, who was amazing! So patient, friendly, and determined to solve the problem. Not only did he get the suitcase open, but he came back to make sure it was fully working before I left. That level of care and service was above and beyond. I was blown away and am so grateful. Highly recommend this hotel for both a comfortable stay and nice service!

Our stay at this location was outstanding. This is definitely the better Incontinental between the two downtown. (We stayed at both during our trip.) We booked a corner King room for 2 nights, and the views were great with the amazing floor-to-ceiling windows and the electronically-controlled shades/blackout curtains! The bed was so comfortable that we spent the rest of our trip thinking about it as we traveled around the Bay area. Location was great - close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist destinations. The entire staff was professional and very accommodating. We ordered some extra pillows to the room, and they came within minutes! Room service was spot on. The hotel bartender made a delicious Lemon Drop martini. Will stay here again next time we are in San Francisco. :)

The service and location where great, everyone from the staff was super friendly. The rooms and facilities where good but at times very basic. Great example was the shower which was no different than to what you find at a cheap Motel, it works but that was about it. Additionally the pool and gym area where good but very small and the 'spa' was a single hot tub. Overall decent stay but expected more for the price you pay and the name it holds. Additionally the rooms are not sound proof. I enjoyed the adventures of my neighbours in full glory...
