We had a lovely stay overall. The room was excellent, and Tulsi, our housekeeper, meticulously looked after it — keeping it spotless and homely throughout our stay. He truly went above and beyond and is a real asset to the company. Surendra was also very helpful and contributed to a pleasant experience. In the Noho restaurant, Reka was a fantastic host — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made sure we were well looked after and would make an excellent restaurant manager in the future. I hope the hotel supports her in completing her degree, as she has great potential. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement: • The hotel isn’t very pram-friendly. The doors are not automatic, which makes it difficult to get through when pushing a pram alone. There also seemed to be a lack of lobby staff at times, which meant guests often had to manage by themselves. • Several tiles in the pool are coming off and could do with repair. • A bit more shaded space in the sloped part of the large pool would be great, especially for families with young children. • Lastly, more training is needed for staff driving the electric carts. We had a concerning incident where a driver came skidding around the corner near the Levant restaurant at night and narrowly missed us — we had a 3-month-old in a pram. Thankfully no one was hurt, but it could have been serious.

This hotel truly deserves all the positive reviews. The staff are nice, welcoming, and make you feel at home. The rooms are spotless, and the service is excellent. Our check-in was smooth, with a warm welcome and clear explanations of the facilities. The valet service was quick and efficient. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge buffet that has everything you could want. The pool is very clean, directly connected to the beach, and the views are breathtaking especially at sunset.

Hello dear team, I rarely write reviews – but this is our second time at your hotel, and our expectations were once again met 100%. This isn't something to be taken for granted and shows the dedication and passion with which the staff work here. I would particularly like to highlight the service in the restaurant: you immediately feel the passion with which all the employees work. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful – it's truly fantastic! You never feel like "just another number" here, but receive very personal attention. I would especially like to mention „Moses“ from the restaurant team; he truly lives and breathes service. The entire complex is very well-maintained, the rooms are superb, and we felt completely at home. My request to upgrade to a higher floor was responded to promptly and easily at reception – fantastic service! All in all, it was another wonderful vacation with you. We would love to come back!

Our stay at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Resort and Spa was, overall, a truly memorable experience. The resort itself is stunning, with a serene atmosphere, well-appointed rooms, and a sense of luxury that makes it easy to unwind. A special mention must go to Henry, the Front Office Manager, whose service was nothing short of outstanding. He was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. His genuine care and proactive approach really elevated our experience. The facilities and ambiance throughout the resort were excellent, and the buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes in a beautiful setting. Unfortunately, both my partner and I experienced food poisoning after dining there on the second to last day. While this was disappointing, it seemed to be an isolated incident, as the restaurant otherwise appeared well-run and of high quality. Despite this setback, we still thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort. The combination of attentive staff, luxurious surroundings, and thoughtful details made it a destination worth recommending—with the hope that the food issue was a one-off.
