We dined several times at Saffar Restaurant in the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab, and every visit was exceptional. Even though the restaurant was always busy, the team went above and beyond to look after us and make us feel like family. The Indian food was particularly outstanding – full of authentic flavor and perfectly cooked – while the pizza and pasta kept kids happy every time. A huge thank you to Milan, who took amazing care of us, and to Prateek, Shiraz, Renuka, Chandra, the Deputy Manager, Moses, Juni and countless others I know I've missed - sorry- for their warmth and professionalism. Their service was friendly, attentive, and genuine. Thank you for topping up my rose wine ;) The best service we’ve experienced in Ras Al Khaimah. We left every meal smiling. We will miss you all.

We have visited this hotel five times, and each stay has been exceptional thanks to the outstanding service and the wonderful staff. We usually stay in the beachfront pool villa, and everything is always perfectly arranged before our arrival, all thanks to our amazing butler, Abdel. His attention to detail and warm hospitality make every stay feel special. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping our villa spotless, and to the room service team for the delicious food and top-notch service. A special thanks to Abdel for taking such great care of us throughout our stay. Your efforts truly make a difference. We will definitely be coming back again to our favorite hotel for another unforgettable experience.

Our stay at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah was absolutely exceptional! We came to celebrate our anniversary, and everything about our experience exceeded expectations from the very first moment. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring — every single person we met greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The attention to detail was remarkable! We were surprised with a beautiful upgrade and the sweetest romantic setup that made our day even more special. The panoramic room offered a breathtaking view — peaceful, elegant, and simply unforgettable. Breakfast was excellent, with so many delicious options and fresh ingredients. The entire atmosphere of the resort is serene and relaxing — perfect for couples who want a quiet, romantic escape. A huge thank you to the entire InterContinental team for your warmth, care, and hospitality. You truly made our anniversary unforgettable. We’re already planning our next visit! 💫💐

I would like to express my sincere surprise and dissatisfaction concerning the level of service in Intercontinental Ras Al Khaimah Resort And Spa hotel. My husband and I had to wait for more than 40 minutes(!) because the room was still being cleaned. I have never experienced such a delay in all my years of travelling. We finally entered the room at 15:50 to find a room with occasional areas of dust, an empty mini-bar, one set of dental kit instead of two and a lot of other small things which you would not expect to come across in a hotel of such a level. We have also been told that the delay is connected to an attempt to upgrade the room. Well, if this is an upgrade, I’m afraid to imagine what the initial room looked like. We were also extremely impressed by the fact that lunch is not included in our first day of staying here. We have paid for all inclusive premium but to have a meal we will have to wait till 18:30, which I personally find a bit weird. And I guess it’s also worth mentioning that our luggage hasn’t arrived to our room till 16:20 So we literally wasted about an hour and a half, which we could spend swimming in the sea. The first impression is totally negative and we are starting to feel that choosing this hotel has probably been a mistake
