Great stay here!!! Rooms were large, we received a room away from the elevators (which we asked for) and it was rhe first time in a long time, I didn't have to wear earplugs to sleep. The mattress, pillows and comforter were so fluffy and soft - my husband asked me to contact the hotel regarding which mattress, pillows and comforter they use so we can upgrade ours at home. The TSA connection on level 3 was a great option as we had an early morning flight and I am a lot of anxiety flying and this was so convenient not having to worry about missing a shuttle. We will definitely stay here again when flying through MSP!!!

Great hotel. The service, food and room were awesome. The only bad thing I could say is that the shower water pressure could have been stronger. The convenience of being to go through TSA screening on the 3rd floor of this hotel was AMAZING. It was like we had our very own private TSA checkpoint. We were the only ones there! Too freakin' cool!

Hotel room is clean and very nice. Bathroom was beautiful. View of the runway was great. Room service was mediocre. Got my order wrong and the salad had so many onions on top, it was inedible. Got a pastry from the café in the lobby and it was delicious! Poor information for walkway to airport. Shuttle driver was insane and yelled at us on the way to the airport.

My experience at the InterContinental Minneapolis – St. Paul Airport was disappointing. At check-in, the hotel insisted on a credit card instead of cash and blocked a certain amount as a security deposit. My stay was from the 2nd to the 9th. Although my booking included daily breakfast worth $50, I was unexpectedly charged $42 on the second last day on the same credit card, without my consent. This was clearly an error on the hotel’s side, as breakfast was supposed to be complimentary every day. When I raised the issue, they said the amount would be refunded, but it still has not reflected in my account. There was also confusion with parking charges. I paid for one day of parking myself using my credit card, and I only parked for three days total. However, the hotel charged me for all days of my stay. After clarification, they agreed to correct it, but the process was unnecessarily frustrating. Guests should be careful when providing a credit card for deposits or incidental charges. Always check your bill and account carefully — once the hotel has your card, unexpected deductions can occur without direct consent. Blocking a credit card is fine as a guarantee, but any additional charges should only be made with explicit approval. Transparency and proper consent are essential, especially under U.S. consumer protection laws.
