We usually stay here before early flights, but this weekend my daughter and I decided to turn it into a staycation- and it was wonderful. The staff was incredibly accommodating, upgrading us to a room with a bathtub and a view of the runway. Watching planes land while enjoying room service was a highlight. The lemon cheesecake and chocolate raspberry bombe were delicious, and the pastrami sliders and roasted carrots were equally impressive. Excellent service, comfortable room, and a memorable experience all around. Highly recommend!

I love coming to this hotel. Everything is always very clean and immaculate. The front desk is warm and inviting and are always kind and friendly. I love the little eatery right behind the front desk with fresh pastries, and different types of coffee and tea. Both restaurants inside have extremely delicious food. The interior looks beautiful. The room is very fresh well decorated and spotless. They have very comfortable beds. I have no problem falling asleep fast. You don’t really hear anything from the airport, but it sure is fun to look out the window and watch the planes come in and land, and also takeoff and fly out. Sometimes I stay here just to watch the planes and have a good bite to eat in the evening. It is very relaxing.

We love this beautiful hotel and have stayed multiple times with our daughter who loves airplanes. The runway view is spectacular and floor to ceiling windows make it so much more exciting and entertaining. Each time we have stayed, we find the rooms immaculate, and love the spa feel of the bathrooms. The staff are kind and welcoming and quick to respond to any needs. We have worked with Emily, the concierge, and she goes above and beyond to make our stay amazing! We look forward to staying here again very soon!

Two gentlemen behind the front desk were great and gave me a water bottle the first two days of my stay. Today, David (supervisor) gave me a hard time over that 20 cent water bottle and then sent me annoying text messages about how Intercontinental’s luxury amenities like Ice Mountain plastic water bottles cannot be spared! Been working since 4am and just wanted a little convenience instead of paying 5 bucks for a water, so now I’m being petty and leaving this review.
