Highly recommend it. The room was amazing. A couple of cosmetic things that could be improved and a little more attention to detail by housekeeping. The room was clean but the hand-wash and body wash had been swapped around. Not a big deal but its definitely something to keep an eye on. Also one of the lights in the bathroom kept blinking all the time. I absolutely loved the fact that you can connect your phone to the TV, and was so pleasantly surprised that the music from my phone playing on the TV also connected to the speaker in the bathroom with I absolutely loved and you can even control the volume in the bathroom. I loved the fact that there were night lights in the bathroom and leading to the bathroom. Better than having to turn the main light on. The walkway from the hotel reception to the o2 was especially amazing, completely safe and looks great. It closes at 1am so you have plenty of time to get back to the hotel through the walkway. The view from the hotel was also really good. Very comfortable and quiet. I wish I could have stayed longer. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Probably the best place I have ever been for breakfast. So many choices you really dont know where to start. Absolutely amazing

A Perfect Stay in London!** I recently had the pleasure of staying at InterContinental London - The O2 by IHG London, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The lobby was sparkling, and my room was immaculate, making for a welcoming atmosphere that instantly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was the luxury spa. It was an oasis of relaxation with a serene ambiance that allowed me to unwind completely. I treated myself to a massage and a facial, both of which were fantastic! The spa staff were professional and friendly, ensuring a delightful experience that left me feeling rejuvenated. The hotel’s location was another major plus. It was just a short walk from iconic landmarks such as the Tower of London, the Thames River, and even the bustling markets. Having such close proximity to these sites made my sightseeing so much easier and more enjoyable. In addition to all this, the dining options were superb, offering a range of gourmet dishes that showcased local flavors. Overall, my experience at [Hotel Name] was exceptional. The combination of cleanliness, luxurious amenities, and a prime location made for a perfect stay in London. I can’t wait to return!

The hotel was so lovely. The decor gave us a sense of luxury and access to the o2 was easy and quick. We were provided with everything we needed in the hotel room and it made packing light a breeze. We also had time to check out the spa area which included a gym, pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. We left the hotel feeling well rested and relaxed. I would come again!

A nice hotel in a handy location. Our room is a good size. Well designed and comfortable. Some oddities to the hotel though. Firstly no sensible walking route or signposting from O2 tube to hotel. You have to walk what feels a bit like a semi industrial site to get to hotel. It seems to assumes everyone drives which is odd as no obvious parking. The day we wanted to use it - the sky bar was closed which was irritating- so we used the clipper bar in the first floor. I think I sort of understand why, but what would be an amazing view if the river is blocked - I’ll do a photo to show. So you have to sit on high stools to see the river - which at 67 I increasingly find uncomfortable. Staff have been nice although I’ve asked twice for some tissues to be replaced in room ( and I’m still waiting) as of time of writing. It is a lovely hotel - so close to O2 if that’s why you are here. Rooms we had - great views. All the really important things are good - but I can’t help feeling a bit disappointed.
