Compulsory New Year’s Eve and Christmas Gala dinners: For stays on 31 & 24 December, an additional surcharge of THB3,500 per adult (12+) and THB1,750 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Eve and Christmas Gala dinners. Payable directly to the resort.
Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily breakfast is available at Somying’s Restaurant from 6.30am to 11am. Daily three-course set-menu lunch is available from 12pm to 3pm and three-course set-menu dinner from 6pm to 10pm (last order at 9.30pm) at Somying Restaurant. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance.
- Included massages must be made at least one night in advance. Spa facilities and treatments are available only to adults (12+).
- Massages will be either a Thai or oil massage per adult at Back on Track Spa.
- Included nightly drinks are available at Papillon Bar from 5pm to 7pm. Drinks include cocktails, local beer, spirits, juices and soft drinks.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A return private airport transfer to and from Bangkok International Airport (BKK), basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
- Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per van, one way.
- A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at THB210 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
