A true 5-star experience in every aspect — room, service, and dining. I would definitely come back, especially to enjoy the buffet at 3 Spoons again. This was my second stay at InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72, yet everything still felt truly unforgettable. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed by its spacious, modern, and luxurious atmosphere. The staff were very professional and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at 3 Spoons restaurant. I tried the seafood buffet, and the food was fresh and diverse: sashimi, oysters, shrimp, grilled dishes, and even some fine Western cuisine. The dessert section was delightful, especially the cakes and ice cream. The restaurant was spacious with a stunning view of the city, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout the meal.

The room is big, clean and neat! Everything is working well! The seafood buffet was good and fresh! The restaurant food is good except last night the cod fish wasn’t fresh but the service staff was willing to cancel our order. I love to mention Quynh service crew lady who is friendly and have initiative to help me with the omelette I ordered and brought to my table as my hands were full of grits and Huyen asst chief Conciege is v helpful to explained to me where to eat as I feel like eating something different. Most the staff are friendly and nice !

Our recent experience at InterContinental Hotels Hanoi Landmark72 was not only remarkable but also impeccable. I could not be more satisfied with the entire team at your hotel. From the time of our reservation through to our departure, we genuinely relished every moment. The staff took exceptional care of my partner and me, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my requests throughout our stay. The delightful gesture of addressing us by name at the restaurant (which is quite uncommon these days) along with the welcome amenities and the birthday greeting note we received were the icing on the cake for us. We eagerly anticipate many more nights at your establishment and extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at InterContinental Hotels Hanoi Landmark72 for their outstanding care.

3 Spoons Restaurant truly delivers a memorable breakfast buffet experience. The food selection is impressively diverse—ranging from Western and Asian hot dishes to an array of tempting desserts—all prepared fresh and bursting with flavor. In addition to the main buffet, there’s a tropical juice bar and a dedicated play area for children, so families can enjoy their meal while the little ones have fun in a safe environment. What really sets 3 Spoons apart is the warm, attentive service. Every staff member goes out of their way to assist guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience. I was especially impressed by Ms. Thanh Mai—she was always on the move restocking dishes, tidying tables, and checking in to make sure every guest’s needs were met. Her dedication elevated our visit to a true five-star experience. I will definitely return and recommend 3 Spoons to friends and family.
