There is nothing much to say about this Hotel and the staff works on it. Everything and every time we stay there is a pleasure and it feels like we are at home. The location is just perfect, the personal is wonderful and always with a smile and helpful., the food is just on high level.It is not that it is an Intercontinental Hotel and supposed to be a high exclusive range hotel of the group, but this especially one is one of the best Intercontinental Hotel in the world. You can spend pleasure, business or family trips in high level!! We loin this more than 20 times now and will for sure always stay here when we join Dubai. A great Thank You to everyone there!!

Modern rooms with upscale amenities: many feature large floor-to-ceiling windows, Nespresso machines, and stylish design. Excellent breakfast and dining options; guests frequently mention the good variety and quality. Cleanliness and general maintenance are well-regarded: rooms are described as tidy, bathrooms in good condition, daily service praised. The hotel facilities—outdoor pool overlooking the marina, spa, gym—add real value to a stay here. 📍 Why it works for many travellers It strikes a good balance between city access (restaurants, shopping, promenade) and a high-end hotel experience. For those wanting a stay near the beach and within an urban environment, the location is a strong plus. Many rooms offer impressive views of the marina, which enhances the overall ambience. 📌 A Few Minor Caveats (for full transparency) Although some rooms have marina views, others may face the road so view and orientation matter. It is near the beach, but not strictly a beachfront resort if being directly on the sand is essential, this might be less ideal. It was such a pleasure when expectations truly met reality — and even exceeded them! We stayed for 3 nights in a King Studio with a balcony on the 25th floor (HB) with my husband and baby, and everything was exceptional. Do not hesitate to book! Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff is warm, professional, and attentive. Restaurant service was outstanding — the team went above and beyond to assist me with the baby. Drinks and food were served quickly, and both the concierge and housekeeping teams were consistently friendly and helpful, and very attentive in cleaning as they fulfilled with all needed stuffs on daily basis. Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ Breakfast offered a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Lunch à la carte was excellent (we loved the steak, burger, burrata, and desserts). Dinner buffet had fewer options, but à la carte made up for it with quality and taste. Room ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our room was modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a fully equipped kitchenette and a stunning view. A few extra hangers and streaming options on the TV would make it perfect. Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic base to explore the Marina and JBR, with direct access to the Marina walk from down floor. The pool area is clean and relaxing with a lovely bar. Maybe some shuttle service to malls or private beaches would make even better our stay or for future guests as Marina area is quite busy and we would explore more of Dubai. Otherwise, special thanks for accommodating our late dine-in due to a delayed flight and for the warm congratulations for our occasion. This stay was truly memorable, and we’ll be recommending it to friends and family!

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great and easy to reach. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a nice stay for a few days. Only downside is the minibar. Every drink costs 5 euros, and in a 5 star hotel I expected it to be refilled daily for free. The breakfast is also not worth it, very expensive and not good. It is better to order food or drinks from outside, supermarkets deliver for free and it is much cheaper. Overall a nice hotel with great service, but the price quality could be better.
