We arrived at the hotel after our airline lost three of our bags, and the staff could not have been more compassionate or professional. They ensured a quick check-in and even provided us with clean clothing so we wouldn’t have to sleep in the same clothes—a truly thoughtful gesture. The front desk team was exceptional, doing everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with immaculate grounds and sparkling pools. We arrived about a week before the International Festival, so it was quieter than usual, but the staff was fully prepared and attentive as if the hotel were full. The Creole restaurant had a great bar selection, and the Club Lounge offered plenty of fresh, delicious food. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping refreshed everything perfectly while we were out. The property is well located for both staying on-site and exploring nearby attractions. It’s a large resort, so a bit more signage would be helpful, but otherwise, our stay was ideal. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking exceptional service and a relaxing, well-maintained environment.

I had an incredible stay at InterContinental Dominica , where every aspect exceeded my expectations. The housekeeping team maintained immaculate rooms, with attention to every detail, while the restaurant served exquisite food, offering a perfect blend of local and international flavors.Jermaine at the restaurant was amazing as well.The front office staff was warm and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing excellent recommendations for activities. The property itself was breathtaking, with lush gardens, stunning views, and luxurious amenities. A standout highlight of my stay was Laura, who went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. From coordinating personalized excursions to checking in regularly to make sure I was comfortable, Laura’s exceptional service truly made my experience unforgettable. I can’t wait to return to this amazing hotel!

The grounds are beautiful, lush, and peaceful. The resort feels secluded without feeling isolated. Everything is clean, modern, and well-designed. The staff? Incredible. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about the guest experience. The food was one of the biggest surprises of all. Every single meal was incredible. Breakfast each morning felt like a treat with options like saltfish, corned beef and Johnny cakes, Trinidadian doubles, and traditional American breakfast too. The lunch and dinner menus also delivered. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. But the real standout for me was the spa. It was absolutely stunning. The treatment rooms are set up like individual private bungalows, almost like little spa villas. You actually walk outside to get to your room, which adds to the tropical luxury feel. Inside, the rooms are spacious and serene with high-end touches. Another great feature was being able to charge taxis to the room, which made things so easy when I didn’t have enough cash on hand. One review I read claimed this resort was a “far second” to Secret Bay. I have to strongly disagree. I visited Secret Bay during my trip and while it’s beautiful, the InterContinental’s pool is way better, the grounds are easier to get around, and the level of service is just as high. This resort is a gem. I would 100% come back and I recommend it to everyone. If you’re on the fence — go. You won’t regret it.

Outstanding hotel - some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen. The staff are really friendly and attentive. They made me feel welcomed on the island. Excellent buffet breakfast. The spa is really relaxing and has a sauna and steam room too. Weather was wonderful as well!
