Just completed my recent stay here and the experience was great overall. Spacious and tastefully design room although the view being partially blocked by the tall residential building nearby. Food at both the Club and Ava Brasserie was palatable and at good quality even though there was some issue on the billing but it was resolved quickly with the support from all the related staffs. I would like to specially thanks to the Club Team - Khun Mark and Khun Ton who took care of us very well from the moment of arrival until the very moment of departure. Their attentiveness, generosity, and willingness to support was indeed able to cover all the minor flaws and made this stay a truly memorable one.

We had a wonderful stay with excellent service throughout. The room offered a nice city view, and the swimming pool looked absolutely gorgeous in the evening light. The bellman team was also very attentive and helpful both during arrival and departure. Special thanks to K. Ton Wynston for his perfect pre-arrival arrangements, even though he wasn’t on duty during my stay; the Club Lounge team during afternoon tea and dinner (N’ Baifern, N’ Frank, and N’ Reeya) for their warm hospitality; and the Rouge Bar team for their friendly service and great jazz performance. I also appreciate K.Tea for the smooth check out and lovely conversation, and K. O for taking good care of us during dinner at EVA. Suggestion: Breakfast at the Club Lounge could be improved in both staffs service and food quality and selection, as it felt below the standard of other hotels in the same level.

We had the best time at the Intercontinental Sukhumvit Bangkok, staying in room 2211. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless, and every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special thank you to Noon, Nene, Boy, and the entire restaurant team for their outstanding hospitality. The dinners were superb, offering a wide range of flavours and impeccable presentation, and the breakfast was delicious, high quality, and included excellent coffee to start the day perfectly. Everything was beautifully served, and even the cutlery was spotless, showing the hotel’s great attention to detail. The location is excellent, with direct access to the BTS, making it so easy to explore the city. Our overall experience was truly amazing, and we cannot wait to return.
